Why Aerate?

Aeration adds oxygen which Aerobic bacteria thrive on - they use this to precondition the effluent, treat and balance the nutrients.
Aerated effluent is more balanced and prepares the soil for a more rapid uptake of nutrients.
Treated effluent is less likely to contaminate the environment or leach into waterways.
The improved soil uptake of treated effluent with its balanced nutrients will potentially speed up pasture growth.
Tests have shown the treated effluent resulted in ideal nutrient range especially in Ca, N and Na.
We have had reports that the cows even like the taste more!
